The automatic flushing machine is designed to control the process of
flushing and disinfection of the milk pipe system, milking machines and
milk-carrying units of milking installations.
– The body of the machine is made of stainless steel.
– The software enables to customize the parameters of the washing
process and the connected equipment in a wide range.
– The automatic flushing machine is controlled by a simple and
convenient touch panel.
– Power supply voltage of the automatic flushing machine is 380 V.
– Connected peripheral equipment can have voltage 220V and 24V.
– Connected heaters are not more than 12kW.
– Overall dimensions, mm (DxWxH): 680x480x250.

Washing Unit АP-1 (with tank)

Designed to control the flushing process on milking installations and in milking
parlors.
The main functions of the automatic flushing machine are switching on the
milking installation in the milking mode and switching to the flushing mode,
controlling the washing process. Control of water level in the tank, protection
against switching on the heating elements in the absence of water (“dry”),
temperature control of the flushing liquid through a temperature sensor,
automatic water and acid/alkali intake (acid/alkali is selected by a switch), control
of the recirculation valve, control of vacuum pump starters (starter coil 230 V).
The flushing process is performed according to timers programmed in the
controller. It is possible to change the value of timers as required. The flushing
process is not looped. Indication of the start of the flushing program, after the
end of the program the indicator goes out.
Has a contactor for switching on heating elements with a power of up to 15 kW

KC-DN40(230) valve is designed for drainage of various liquids (water, weak solutions of acids and alkalis, disinfectants, etc.) in dairy and industrial equipment. Valve type is normally closed (NC). Supply voltage is 230V (AC). Valve body in contact with liquid is made of high quality stainless steel. Outside diameter of outlet and outlet pipe is 48mm.

KC-DN40(24) valve is designed for drainage of various liquids (water, weak solutions of acids and alkalis, disinfectants, etc.) in dairy and industrial equipment. Valve type is normally closed (NC). Supply voltage is 24V (AC/DC). Valve body in contact with liquid is made of high quality stainless steel. Outside diameter of outlet and outlet pipe is 48mm.

Washing tray ExtraWash-01.
The washing platform is designed to hold milking cups with teat rubber during the
washing process.
The washing platform is compatible with milking systems where the milking cup
has a diameter of 45mm.
The base, mounting bracket and nozzles of the washing platform are made of
stainless steel. The cup holder is made of reinforced polyamide and has 5 fixed
positions.
The washing platform has 2 positions for easy operation – folded and unfolded.

Inner diameter of the connected hose, – 18mm. Possibility to connect the washing
pressure hose on both left and right sides.
