Circulation heating device (CHU) is designed for circulation and heating of water in a circular pipeline in auto-watering systems of cold rooms for cattle, horses, pigs and sheep. The heating element bulb is made of stainless steel mounted on a base made of conductive
material.
The power supply voltage of the CHU is 380 V.
The power of the installed heater is 6 kW. The heating element is equipped with a temperature sensor enabling to maintain the water temperature automatically within the set range.
The CHU has a light indication of the current stage and digital indication of the adjusted water
temperature. Electrical elements of the CHU are protected against short circuit and current leakage.
CHU’s are produced in 2 versions:
– CHU-1 for pipelines up to 200 meters long (circulation pump power up to 100W);

Shell UDM-01.01.000-10

Shells are designed for installation of teat rubber and transfer of vacuum effect on its walls. The shell is made of stainless steel 2mm thick.
The diameter of the hole for the installation of the nipple rubber – 41mm, for the installation of the milk outlet – 18mm. The outer diameter of the vacuum-diverting pipe is 9 mm. Overall dimensions of the cup, mm DxDiam: 191х45.

Milk collector is designed for milk collection from milk cups and further evacuation of milk from milk chamber into milk pipe or milking bucket. The collector has two chambers – a chamber of constant vacuum (milk collecting chamber), located between the base of the collector and the cover and a chamber of variable vacuum located in the distributor. The base of the collector is made in the form of a bowl with 4 spigots (outer diameter of spigots is 14mm) and is made of high quality stainless steel AISI 304. The collector cover is made of high-strength transparent polycarbonate with an outlet spigot of 21mm. The distributor is made of highly reinforced plastic with outer diameter (9-10mm). All parts of the collector manifold are made of food grade materials.
