Washing Unit АP-1М (without tank)
Designed to control the flushing process on milking installations and in milking
parlors.
The main functions of the automatic flushing machine are switching on the
milking installation in the milking mode and switching to the flushing mode,
controlling the washing process. Control of water level in the tank, protection
against switching on the heating elements in the absence of water (“dry”),
temperature control of the flushing liquid through a temperature sensor,
automatic water and acid/alkali intake (acid/alkali is selected by a switch), control
of the recirculation valve, control of vacuum pump starters (starter coil 230 V).
The flushing process is performed according to timers programmed in the
controller. It is possible to change the value of timers as required. The flushing
process is not looped. Indication of the start of the flushing program, after the
end of the program the indicator goes out.
Has a contactor for switching on heating elements with a power of up to 15 kW
