Dairy Equipment & Service FAQ

What categories of clients do you work with (farms, dealers, service providers)?

We work directly with large-scale dairy farms and agricultural enterprises. We also actively collaborate with independent service organizations, multi-brand suppliers, and wholesalers that maintain and service dairy farms across Europe.

Do your products comply with European Union standards?

Yes, all products manufactured and supplied by our company fully comply with EU directives, regulations, and strict quality standards. Prior to placing an order, you can request the necessary technical documentation and certificates of conformity for specific items from your account manager.

Is it possible to order equipment or components tailored to individual specifications?

Yes. Our engineering team designs and manufactures processing lines and individual sub-assemblies based on your blueprints, physical samples, or technical specifications. We can adapt equipment to the specific layouts of your premises or develop custom solutions entirely from scratch. Feasibility and production requirements are evaluated by our technical department before manufacturing begins.

Do you offer contract manufacturing under the client's own brand (Private Label)?

Yes, we provide comprehensive contract manufacturing services (OEM/ODM). You can order the production of equipment, specialized units, or components under your own brand. We handle custom labeling, packaging, and product adaptation in strict accordance with your brand identity requirements.

Can you provide alternatives to original spare parts from GEA, DeLaval, BouMatic, and other brands?

Yes, we source and supply technically compatible alternative components for milking systems from the world’s leading manufacturers. To check availability, please provide the original part number (OEM article number), technical specifications, or a photo of the part. We also process custom requests for rare items not listed in our standard catalog.

Can we order a small trial batch of parts to verify their quality?

Yes. We understand that professional partners need to personally verify the quality and exact cross-compatibility of components before committing to regular bulk procurement. The availability and volume of a trial delivery depend on the product category and current stock levels — please contact us to discuss the details.

Do you deliver across the Czech Republic and to other European countries?

Yes, we ship products to both Czech clients and customers located in other European countries. We maintain a consistent stock of high-demand spare parts in our warehouse to guarantee rapid dispatch. Delivery timelines, logistics costs, and individual commercial terms are clearly outlined in the supply agreement.

What should I do if the equipment malfunctions?

An equipment failure on a dairy farm poses a direct risk of operational downtime, which is why we aim to assist you as quickly as possible. Please follow these steps:

Document the issue: Record the equipment model and the primary symptoms (error codes on the display, unusual noise, pressure drops).
Capture visual evidence: Take photos or a short video of the malfunction (this significantly accelerates our diagnostic process).
Contact us: Call our support hotlines at +420 608 001 439 or +420 608 417 777, or email the details to sales@agromilktechnika.cz. We will review your case immediately to provide an actionable solution.

How can I obtain a wholesale price list, and do you offer volume discounts?

Yes, we establish tailored commercial conditions for long-term partners, service agencies, and wholesale buyers based on purchase volume and frequency. Please email us with information about your company and the product categories you require, and we will prepare a current commercial proposal for you.

How can we become an authorized dealer or regional partner of Agromilktechnika?

We are actively expanding our distribution network across European markets and welcome long-term cooperation with trading houses and agricultural engineering firms. We offer our partners direct supplies of premium Czech equipment, high-demand components, and comprehensive technical support. Partnership terms are negotiated on an individual basis.
