Description
СTA 1600 vacuum pump unit
Vacuum pump units are intended to create the stable vacuum required for machine milking of cows at all facilities where milking installations can be operated, as well as for mechanising other processes requiring vacuum.
The vacuum pump unit may be used in an isolated room, with the option to route the exhaust pipe outside the room.
- Capacity: 96 m³/h.
- Vacuum pump: P.V. 1500 (made in Italy).

High-Performance Vacuum Systems for Reliable Milking
Heavy-Duty Cast Iron Build
Precision-machined cast iron housings and rotors guarantee exceptional wear resistance and extended service intervals.
High Suction Capacity
Available in high-displacement configurations capable of supporting extensive milking lines without vacuum drop.
Efficient Oil Separation
Integrated oil catchers and silencing systems minimize oil consumption and maintain clean, quiet utility rooms.
Vibration-Damped Base
Rugged mounting frames with damping mounts absorb mechanical vibrations, protecting bearings and surrounding pipework.
How to Choose the Right Vacuum Pump Unit?
Selecting a vacuum unit depends on the number of milking clusters, vacuum line diameter, regulator type, and emergency reserve margins.
Step 1
Number of milking clusters
Calculate total air consumption based on simultaneously operating units, plus adequate reserve for teat cup fall-offs.
Step 2
Motor rating and power
Select three-phase 380V electric motors matched to pump displacement to prevent overheating during long shifts.
Step 3
Lubrication and maintenance
Choose reliable oil-lubricated units with transparent oilers for clear visual inspection and smooth rotor sliding.
Step 4
Pipeline reserve receiver
Ensure sufficient vacuum tank volume to buffer transient pressure surges and intercept accidental liquid ingress.
