Description
AP-SN-IN automatic waterer
The AP-SN-IN automatic waterer is intended for automatic watering of cattle and is made of AISI 304 stainless steel (AISI 430 available on request).
The main advantage of this automatic waterer is the use of the standard KPI-35 valve.
Versions:
- AP-SN-IN: without heating element;
- AP-SN-IN1: with heating element (0.08 kW, 24 V);
- AP-SN-IN2: with heating element (0.08 kW, 24 V) and transformer (200 or 300 W)
The design allows wall mounting (with dowel nails) and mounting on stall equipment (with U-bolts). It can be connected to a ½" (¾") circulation water line.

How to Choose the Right Drinking Bowls?
Choosing the right drinking bowls depends on several factors: barn layout, herd size, water pressure, connection type, and winter temperature conditions.
Step 1
Animal type and headcount
Determine the number of cows, calves, or bulls per pen. Choose between compact individual drinking bowls and long group troughs (AP-ON, AP-SN) to ensure sufficient drinking space.
Step 2
Housing and mounting type
Choose wall-mounted, floor-mounted, or post-mounted units based on your barn infrastructure, bedding system, and stall partition setup.
Step 3
Winter temperature regime
For uninsulated or cold barns, select models with integrated heating elements or connect them to a closed-loop circulation heating unit.
Step 4
Water connection and pressure
Verify line pressure and inlet diameters (1/2 or 3/4 inch) to ensure the valve flow rate can handle peak consumption.
